RETURNS POLICY
We want you 100% loving and living in Zen Life Athletiq products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your items please let us know at support@zenlifeathletiq.com.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchase, simply return it to us within 10 days of purchase and we will happily provide an exchange or credit note to the value paid for the item(s) in accordance with the following policy. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please email us at support@zenlifeathletiq.com with information on items you would like to return, and we then provide details on where to send your return.
Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, with all swing tags, security tags and hygiene stickers attached, and in original packaging.
Products must be returned within 10 days of purchase for all Domestic and 14 days for International orders. To ensure you remain within the refund and exchange time frame, we suggest you try on items as soon as it arrives and communicate with us immediately for any concerns.
Original tags must remain attached. If an item has a delivery security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but not limited to perfume and cigarette smell, make-up and tanning stains, tears, rips or damaged product tags) garment will not be accepted for exchange, return or credit and refund voided. We reserve the right to inspect all items We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.
We do not offer refunds on SALE or PROMOTIONAL ITEMS for all Domestic and International Orders. However we are happy to offer an exchange or credit voucher valid for 3 months.
All returns must be accompanied by a completed copy of the Return/Exchange Form as well as a copy of the invoice.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure items are returned to us: we recommend using trackable registered post, unfortunately Zen Life Athletiq cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit or returned by unregistered post. Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and is non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.
We know sometimes sizing or styling can be tricky, so we are happy for you to return your online purchase to your local stockist, for exchange or refund (in accordance with the refund/ exchange policy). Please ensure goods are packaged neatly, in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and with all swing tags, and hygiene stickers intact and attached. Please retain your Zen Life Athletiq order confirmation/ Invoice, as this proof of purchase will be required to process any returns.
Refunds
Zen Life Athletiq are more than happy to refund any full priced item that is returned to us in accordance with the conditions noted. Refunds are processed directly back to the account/card used for the original purchase, excluding delivery costs.
If you choose, we can issue your refund as Zen Life Athletiq credit; the amount will effortlessly apply at checkout the next time you shop with us.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on items purchased on sale, however we are happy to assist you in selecting an exchange, or issue a credit voucher valid for 3 months.
Exchanges
Zen Life Athletiq will gladly assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size or colour, where available. Please note that stock is limited and we may not always be able to provide the requested exchange. In this instance, we will contact you to arrange an exchange, credit, or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Credit Vouchers
Zen Life Athletiq will happily provide a credit voucher where requested, or in lieu of refund for sale items. Credit Vouchers are provided as E-Vouchers, with a unique code, which will be emailed directly to the email address used on your original order. Credit Vouchers are valid for whatever period stated, and can be redeemed at www.zenlifeathletiq.com.
International Returns
If you are returning items delivered outside of Australia, we are happy to offer a refund or credit for the full purchase value. Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Due to the extended delivery times for international post, we advise you try on the items as soon as it arrives and contact us with any issues. Returns will not be accepted outside the time frame.
Zen Life Athletiq cannot refund any duties or taxes levied by your country and incurred as a result of purchasing our products, please contact your local Customs government department for details of how to recover these costs.

Faulty Garments
Zen Life Athletiq prides itself on our superior quality products and our aim to ensure every item arrives in great condition. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at support@zenlifeathletiq.com as soon as possible. Our quality control team will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organise a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, and generally manufacturing faults will be apparent.
